Sometimes life quietly forces you to stop.

Not because you want to, but because you have no other choice.

After illness suddenly took over, I had to prioritize differently. The pace changed. The focus changed. And perhaps, in many ways, so did I.

Time has been tough.

But strangely enough, also uplifting at moments.

Because in a season where both body and family needed care, I experienced something deeply beautiful. My large circle of friends truly stood beside me. Near and far, both nationally and internationally, people reached out with support, kindness, warmth and presence.

And for that, I am endlessly grateful.
Once again humanity proved something important to me.
Kindness can save people.

Not always loudly. Sometimes quietly. Through messages. Through support. Through simply staying.

And those are the people you carry with you forward in life.

The truthful ones.
The genuine ones.

The people who choose support over competition, compassion over ego.

As Maya Angelou once said,

“People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

And that could not be more true.

A New Crown, A New Chapter

Life also surprised me in another way.
I was officially crowned MRS Norway Globe.
A title I receive with both humility and gratitude.

Behind the scenes, an entire new chapter has slowly been taking form. My manager and my personal trainer have both stepped in with full force, and today I stand stronger than ever before.

Physically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.

The head is lifted again.
And yes, the blog is officially back in full.

The Small Things That Suddenly Matter

Funny how life changes your relationship with ordinary things.
Red onions have somehow become apples to me.
The diet has changed completely.
Balance has become essential.
And yes, before anyone asks.
The chocolate stays
Always.

Because some things are simply part of survival.

What Is Happening To The World?

At the same time, the world feels heavier than it should.

So many people living in fear.
So much uncertainty.
And sometimes I sit quietly wondering,
What is actually happening to us?

Is it truly necessary that so many people around the world wake up anxious about tomorrow?

Mental health among young people has become something I care deeply about. So has women’s rights and women’s safety.
These are not small conversations anymore.
These are real lives.
Real stories.
Real struggles.

And behind the scenes, work continues with To Liv Foundation, a project incredibly close to my heart.
Because there are countless stories in this world that deserve to be heard.

Not ignored.
Not silenced.
Heard.

The Currency Called Time

And then there is time.
What do we actually spend it on?

Do we truly make room for what matters most?
Do we have control?
Do we even have time anymore?

Life moves fast.
Too fast sometimes.

Which is why I have learned something important lately.

Health matters.
Peace matters.
Family matters.
Presence matters.

And the people who stand beside you when life becomes difficult, those people matter more than almost anything.

Summer Is Knocking

Now summer stands right outside the door.

And honestly, feeling the warmth of the sun against your skin after difficult seasons feels almost magical.
Like life quietly whispering,

You made it through.

Maybe that explains why summer always feels a little like healing.
