Podcast day today with some amazing guests. We spoke about young people, training, social media and how it impacts the younger generation. Both the positive side and also the challenges that come with it.
It became one of those conversations that feels important because it touches real life. The pressure many young people feel today is something we cannot ignore, but at the same time social media can also inspire, motivate and connect people in beautiful ways.

FROM RECORDING TO REALITY

Straight from recording into meetings, then suddenly realizing I was absolutely starving. A quick stop at the store on my way home and now finally sitting here in the garden after lunch before another round of work begins.
Sometimes the days move so fast you barely notice it until you finally sit down for five quiet minutes.

COFFEE IN THE GARDEN

Right now I am sitting outside with a cup of coffee writing today’s blog for you all.
Honestly, these small moments matter more than people think. Fresh air, silence for a few minutes and just allowing the mind to slow down before jumping back into work mode again.

THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMOR

Today also reminded me how important humor really is.

Life becomes very heavy if we forget to laugh between the serious moments. A smile, a joke or simply allowing yourself to enjoy the moment can change the entire energy of a day.
Sometimes humor is what keeps people going.

And interestingly enough, science actually supports that.
Research has shown that laughter can reduce stress hormones in the body while increasing endorphins, the brain’s natural feel-good chemicals. Studies from organizations like the Mayo Clinic have also linked laughter to lower stress levels, improved mood and even positive effects on the immune system.

Maybe that is why people who can still laugh during difficult seasons often appear mentally stronger.
Not because life is easier for them.
But because humor gives the mind small moments of relief in the middle of chaos.

Sometimes a little laughter is not avoidance.

THE WORLD RIGHT NOW

The world situation lately has been intense and filled with uncertainty. Every day brings new headlines, tension and discussions about where things are heading globally.
Nordè believes it is more important than ever to focus on humanity, connection, health and creating positive spaces for people. Even in difficult times, people still need inspiration, motivation and hope.

A QUOTE TO END THE DAY

As Charlie Chaplin once said:
“A day without laughter is a day wasted.”

Now back to work after this coffee break here in the garden.

Today’s Motto from Nordè

Never lose your ability to laugh, think deeply and stay human in a world that constantly tries to rush people through life.
