
Yesterday It Was AI. Today It Is Life.
Yesterday, much of my writing revolved around Artificial Intelligence.
After spending a few hours watching and listening to Bloomberg, my mind was filled with thoughts about technology, the future, innovation, and where the world is heading next.
And it struck me how fascinating the human mind really is.
Give it a few hours of one topic, and suddenly it begins seeing the world through that lens.
Perhaps that is why we must be careful about what we consume.
Because what we repeatedly listen to, watch, and focus on eventually becomes part of our thinking.
This morning, however, brought me back to something much more human.
I am sitting here with a cup of coffee. The rain has finally stopped, and the sun is slowly making its appearance. One of those simple moments that feels almost magical.
Then a message appeared on my phone.
A new song had been released today.
A Norwegian songwriter and singer had shared a new piece of music with the world. Curious, I pressed play.
And it hit me.
Not because it was loud.
Not because it was flashy.
But because it was real.
The song was called “Logg deg på livet” by Tom Arne Igelstad.
And as I listened, I found myself smiling.
Because this is exactly what so many of us are searching for.
Not more notifications.
Not more noise.
Not more distractions.
But more life.
Real conversations.
Real people.
Real moments.
Real choices.
Life Has Many Layers
Life is rarely just one thing.
It is joy and sorrow.
Growth and setbacks.
Laughter and tears.
Ambition and rest.
Sometimes all within the same day.
The older I become, the more I realize that the most meaningful stories are not the perfect ones.
They are the authentic ones.
The ones where people fall down and choose to get back up.
The ones where challenges become lessons.
The ones where resilience quietly becomes strength.
As Nordé, and as the storyteller behind these words, that is exactly what I try to share.
Not perfection.

The Fine Balance
One thing I have learned is that balance is delicate.
Especially when work and personal life become closely connected.
Whether in business, relationships, friendships, or partnerships, success often depends on something very simple.
Respect.
The ability to lift one another up.
To celebrate each other’s victories.
To support one another during challenges.
To become the kind of person who contributes more than they consume.
The best version of ourselves is rarely found in isolation.
It is revealed in how we treat the people around us.
Never forget that.

Take a few minutes today.
Put your phone down:
Look up.
Listen to a song that moves you.
Call someone you care about.
Take a walk.
Watch the sky.
Log on to life.
Because the most important moments rarely arrive with a notification.

Did you know that music is one of the few activities that activates almost every region of the brain at the same time?
Perhaps that is why a single song can bring back a memory, change a mood, or remind us of who we are.
As Maya Angelou once said:
“People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
And perhaps that is what life is really about.
