One of Those Days, YOU gotta love them! OR?
Not every day feels the same. Today is one of those days that makes you slow down whether you want to or not.
Hospital Time
A few days ago, I felt like a woman moving along an assembly line, simply doing what needed to be done. Yesterday I had to return again, and circumstances led to me having to remain under observation longer than expected. Time inside a hospital moves differently. Quietly. Slowly. Almost endlessly.
I tried to use the hours well. I slept a lot, worked when I could, answered messages and read between moments of rest. Somewhere in that stillness, I started reading about the fashion weeks currently happening around the world. Suddenly my mind travelled far away from white walls and waiting rooms.
Memories and Gratitude
I found myself thinking about everything I have been lucky enough to experience so far. Runways, events, catalogue modeling, representation and assignments in different places. So much hair, makeup and nails. Yes, I have been fortunate. But I have also always kept both feet firmly on the ground.
Before anything else, I have been a mother. And today, alongside that role, I build companies and work with partners across the world. Life has changed shape many times, yet somehow all the versions of me still belong together.
The Cost of Business
No one should say that choosing business comes without a cost, because it truly does. Ambition asks for time, energy and sacrifices you rarely see coming. Still, it also brings growth, purpose and the feeling of creating something that matters.
A Moment Captured
The image reflects a different side of the story. Black and white. Clean lines. A quiet confidence. Standing tall, dressed in simplicity yet carrying strength, elegance and determination all at once. It reminds me of the contrast life often holds. Behind every polished moment there are unseen hours, challenges and reflections that shape who we become.
Maybe that is why I love this photo. It captures both stillness and power. Vulnerability and control. A reminder that even when life pauses you, your identity, your dreams and your journey continue to stand strong.
A little bit of everything. Exactly the way I like it.
“Life becomes beautiful when you allow every chapter to belong to your story.”
Buble hugs from Nordè
