Monday Mode: Between New Beginnings and Clean Laundry

This weekend, something big quietly came to life.
The new website finally went live, step by step, piece by piece, like watching a puzzle slowly decide to cooperate. There are still details finding their place, and honestly… that’s part of the process. The best things are rarely finished overnight, even if social media sometimes tries to convince us otherwise.

There is so much exciting happening right now. Projects growing, ideas evolving, and yes, a few secrets I’m carefully revealing little by little. Some changes are meant to arrive slowly. And right now, big life shifts are happening behind the scenes. The kind that gently, or not so gently, change direction, priorities, and perspective.

The Reality Behind “24/7 Passion”

Starting a Monday after basically working 24/7 on personal projects, followed by an entire day on the move, feels slightly heroic… and slightly questionable in terms of life choices.

And now?
I’m writing this from the sofa, after a long day out and a surprisingly ambitious round of housework. Nothing says adulthood quite like cleaning while mentally planning your next big move.

Is it allowed to admit you’re tired?
Apparently yes. I’ve recently learned that saying “I’m tired” once in a while does not cause the universe to collapse. Growth and exhaustion sometimes travel together, who knew?

Big Changes in Motion

Some seasons don’t arrive loudly, they shift quietly.
Right now, there are big life changes unfolding. Decisions being made. Agreement signed. New chapters forming before they’re ready to be announced.

I’m learning that growth rarely feels comfortable while it’s happening. It looks messy, unpredictable, and occasionally comes with late nights and bold choices that feel equal parts brave and slightly insane.

So yes… follow along. Because this is only the beginning.

The Question We Avoid

While lying here, I started thinking:

How good are we actually at taking care of ourselves?
Not productivity. Not achievements. Just… ourselves.

Are you good at it?
Because many of us treat self-care like a software update, we keep pressing “remind me tomorrow.”

Fun Fact

Your brain uses about 20% of your body’s total energy, even when you’re resting.
So technically, lying on the sofa thinking deep thoughts is high-performance activity. I choose to accept this as scientific proof.

A Quote That Fits Today

“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.” -Anne Lamott

Honestly, I might test this theory right after publishing this.

Progress is happening, slowly, quietly, sometimes chaotically. Behind every polished moment is someone slightly exhausted, mildly sarcastic, and very determined… sitting on a sofa, reflecting on change, growth, and whether snacks count as emotional support.

Stay tuned. The secrets continue.
