Racing the Sun and Eating Red Onions – LOVE REDONIONS!
Morning Won
As I mentioned yesterday, time won 0 to 1. Still, I made it to a good workout this morning once I finally got myself out of bed. And honestly, waking up to birds singing outside the window feels like nature gently whispering get up, you are alive. Completely magical.
There is something about those quiet early moments. The light sneaks in, the world stretches, and for a few seconds everything feels possible.
Red Onion Energy
Then inside for a proper lunch. And yes, a lot of red onion.
I truly eat red onion the way other people eat apples. Raw, fried, baked, you name it. If there is a way to cook it, I have probably tried it. There is just something about that sharp sweetness. It wakes up every meal and every cell in my body.
Maybe red onion is my secret superpower.
Summer Is Calling
It is absolutely beautiful outside these days. The sun is out. The grass is turning green. The birds are putting on a full concert. And my hands are itching to get everything ready for summer.
Raking the grass. Starting the mower. Washing outdoor furniture. Planting fresh flowers in pots. Creating that little summer universe outside the house where coffee tastes better and evenings last longer.
I am out running a few errands with all these summer thoughts swirling in my head. Windows down. Music on. That feeling of something new just around the corner.
Building Behind the Scenes
Today another page on the Nordè website goes live. So while things might look calm on the surface, there is a lot happening behind the scenes. I might manage to launch one more before the weekend, but no promises.
And next week I am releasing something new. Actually, there will be many things coming one after another now. It is that kind of season. Growth season. Creative season. Brave season.
Mama Mode
Later today I am driving out to the island to help my daughter. She needs a little mom support, and that will always come first. I will probably get home quite late, ready to finally sink into the evening and let my shoulders drop.
Midweek already. Another week quietly moving toward its end.
How is time flying this fast? Is it just me, or does it feel like someone pressed the fast forward button on life?
Quote of the Day
Time flies whether you are ready or not, so you might as well dance while it does.
Buble hugs from Nordè
