The Choices We Make

It is important to make the right choices in life.
And it should never be taboo to talk about it.

But it is also important to protect yourself from false people. To recognize when someone is not good for your energy or your peace.

This is something I have wanted to share for a long time. A topic that has quietly lived in my mind, waiting for the right moment.

And today… felt like the right day.

Taking Care of Yourself
Have you ever experienced it yourself?
That feeling that life sometimes requires action. That you must take a step back and start taking better care of yourself.

Sometimes it costs something.
Sometimes it costs a lot.

But in the end… it is worth it.

Right now I feel like I can breathe again. And simply enjoy the people who truly belong in my life.

That was today’s little reflection.

It’s a strange thing, life.
How it can suddenly change for the better for those who dare.

A New Page on Nordê
And with that said…

Today I opened a brand-new page on the Nordê website: The Radio Page.

From now on there will be live radio and podcasts where different topics will be discussed, between Julio and me. You will also have the opportunity to send in topics you would like us to discuss. We are also happy to receive suggestions for guests as well.

The radio program will be in English and can be heard in 85 different countries.

All previous programs will also be uploaded and available on the page so you can listen whenever you want.

Friday Feeling
And now… it’s Friday.

The weekend is very welcome. I plan to enjoy the sunshine, slow days, spend time with friends and my daughters , and simply enjoy life.

Who knows… maybe I will run into you somewhere.
